Customer Service

The Operation Us Project @ Forest Institute isn't selling products, but that doesn't mean that customer service isn't important. To that end, we've recently made some changes to our site in order to better serve the individuals and couples who visit our site looking for information.

As you may have noticed, we're no longer using the Ozarks Marriage Matters site to host an online calendar of workshops and events. All those functions have been folded into the Operation Us site. This'll help us in two ways. First, it lessens the confusion that some folks have reported when the old calendar link went to a different site. More importantly, it makes it easier to help you, the visitor, find the workshops you're seeking.

Now, every workshop and event description page will show a list of upcoming sessions. You don't have to go to make the extra trip to the calendar first. If you're reading about Couples In Arms and you want to know when the next series is, it's right there on that page!

And we've redesigned the program descriptions on the calendar. We've made some changes to help highlight important information, like if there's a meal, what the cost is, or if child care will be available (and if there's a cost). Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to find the information on a workshop.

We've also included a new search feature that does a nice job of helping folks find information on the web site. And we've restructured the menus a little bit, too.

We're continually working to improve the web site and include useful features. We hope we've been succesful in helping you find the information you're looking for.

Get it Together update

You may have noticed that the look of the Operation Us web site has changed. that's because we're shaking things up for the next two years of the grant.

The new web site design will better fit with our new "Get It Together" marketing theme. "What's 'it'?" you might ask.

It is relationship education. You can get it with your spouse or partner. You can get it with your parents. You can get it with your friends.

Healthy relationships don't happen in a vacuum. "Get It Together" means building a network of like-minded folks who want their marriages and relationships to be successful.

We hope you like the new design. It definitely opens some doors technologically for things we'd like to do.
