Your Getaway Together Retreat includes two nights lodging, two breakfasts, a lunch, a welcome gift and a weekend full of new ideas, new friendships, lots of fun and strategies to strengthen even the greatest of relationships from newlyweds to seasoned marriages.

Meet Your Retreat Leaders:

Jennifer and Paul Baker have been teaching workshops and leading retreats for couples for more than 25 years. Paul is a school principal and Jennifer is a licensed psychologist and marriage and family therapist. She serves as Vice President of the Center for Innovation and Community Health at Forest Institute and directs Operation Us, a healthy marriage project that has served more than 14,000 persons in southwest Missouri since 2006. The Bakers have two children and seven grandchildren.

Operation Us is an initiative of  Forest Institute in Springfield, MIssouri. Our mission is to provide high quality, affordable relationship education to residents of Southwest Missouri.The work of the Operation Us project is sponsored by the efforts of our community partners, both in Springfield and in the surrounding counties.

In addition to our educational workshops, we also are able to provide mental health and relational health counseling through the Robert J. Murney Clinic at Forest Institute.

New Workshops

For 2012, We're introducing new workshops.We've got new programs for individuals and couples, and we've even added some new classes for parents and kids!
